I’m curious. How do I begin?
Fill out the form, email, call, or text—however, you feel the most comfortable. Together we’ll find a time for a complimentary, 20-minute meetup either in-person, on the telephone, or via video. I’ll ask you to share what brings you to therapy now and what you would like to accomplish in our time together. I’ll share how I work and what my approach for your circumstance may be. We can see if we’re a good match to move forward. And if so, plan a time for regularly occurring sessions.
